In my opinion yes, there is fate/destiny, but also the future is not fixed in stone……it is malleable and very much subject to your thoughts, emotions and feelings about it.  Even if you can’t change a situation, you can change the way you look at it.

Every reading I give is unique, the particular spread I use for your reading will depend entirely on your personal circumstances.
